Cream Cheese Streusel Pound/Bundt Cake

Streusel:

In a food processor, put
1 cup flour
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
dash salt
1 stick cold butter cut into cubes

Process until lumpy. Set aside

Cake:

In a mixer bowl, blend
3 sticks of soft butter
8 oz soft cream cheese
3 cups sugar

Blend till smooth.

Add 1 tsp vanilla
6 eggs
3 cups of flour and 1 tsp salt

Blend till well mixed

Grease and flour a bundt pan (or 12 mini bundt pans) or use a cooking spray.
Fill each pan 1/2 full, put on some streusel, then add more batter so pan is 2/3 full. You can put more streusel on top if you wish.

Bake in a 325 degree oven for

mini pans = 30-40 minutes
bundt pan = 50-60 minutes
or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool in pan(s) for 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely.

Add:

1 tsp vanilla
