4 tbsps butter
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
Put butter, syrup and sugar in a saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove and cool completely.
Using a 1 tsp measure spoon, drop “plops” onto a silpat lined sheet, leaving a lot of space in between. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until browned on the edges.
Remove and let sit at room temp for 1 minutes.
With a spatula, carefully scrap up each round and put over a mold of choice. Let sit 5 minutes until set.
Use right away with filling of your choice or store at room temp in a tightly covered container for 2-3 days.
