Cinnamon Apple Syrup

1 cup sugar
2 tbsps cornstarch
2 cups apple juice or cider
2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup butter

Combined all (except butter) in a pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the butter. Use warm for best flavor. Can be refrigerated up to one week. Reheat before using. Delish!
