Key Lime Pie

  • IMG_0131_11-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tbsps. melted butter
  • 2 tbsps. sugar

Mix altogether until all crumbs are coated.  Press into the bottom and sides of a 9″ tart pan with removable bottom or a pie pan.

Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.  Remove and cool. Continue reading

  • 2/3 cup butter – cold and cup into small cubes
  • 1 large egg
  • 2-4 tbsps. lemon juice
